HOUSECALLS
What to expect?
In our goal of providing more individualized and comprehensive veterinary care, average house calls will take approximately 45-60 minutes. New client appointments, especially for those pets with health concerns or multiple pets, may take more time. The time spent with you and your pet for a DVM appointment is at least double the traditional appointment time and allows us to be sure that we are fully addressing you and your pets needs.
We will make every attempt to be on time for appointments. Please allow 15 minutes before and after scheduled appointments for arrival. We will make every effort to contact you if we expect a greater delay.
We would ask that you have a collar or harness and a leash ready for your dog. If we are coming to see a cat please contain the cat in a small room, such as a bathroom, 10-15 minutes before the appointment. Be aware, cats love to hide under beds or couches so should not be contained in a room containing furniture they can hide under.
Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling appointments.
